Cancellation Policy

    • If a booking is cancelled 18 days before the check-in date, guests will receive a full refund. For cancellations made between 18 and 10 days before the check-in date, a 50% refund will be provided. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the check-in date will not be refunded.
    • A nominal fee equivalent to payment gateway fees (2-4%) is charged for processing the refund. Refunds in travel credits have no processing fee.
    • Please note that cancellation is not allowed for peak dates, including Independence Day (15th Aug), Diwali (10th Nov to 20th Nov), Christmas and New Year (24th Dec to 2nd Jan), and Republic Day (26th Jan).
    • In case of extreme last-minute cancellations due to extenuating circumstances, guests will be refunded 85% of the booking amount if KMD Hills secures another booking for the same date(s). Otherwise, no refund will be given, and the cancellation will be treated as a no-show.
    • If the guest has made a partial payment, they are not entitled to any refund.
